Peer Mentor Program- Undergraduate Employment Opportunities
The Peer Mentor Program has been developed out of the Office of Student Affairs to assist new students, both non traditional and traditional students, both Freshman and Transfers, during their first year transition to Rutgers University Camden Campus. A Peer Mentor acts as a resource to new students by answering questions, maintaining communication with the students and by planning educational programs or activities for their cohort.
